Leo Milonas of the Appellate Division of State Supreme Court, First Department. After the ceremony, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, the sister of the bride, gave a dinner party for the couple at her home in New York. Rudolf Nureyev, the dancer and director of the Paris Opera Ballet, and John Taras, the associate director of American Ballet Theater, attended the couple. Mrs. Ross, the director of special events for Giorgio Armani in New York, is a daughter of Janet Auchincloss of New York and Newport, R.I., and the late John Vernou Bouvier 3d, a stockbroker. She attended Miss Porter's School and Sarah Lawrence College. Her marriage to Prince Stanislas Radziwill ended in divorce. Her first marriage, to Michael Temple Canfield, was annulled. Mr. Ross is a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis Chester Ross of New York. He is also a choreographer. His films include ''Steel Magnolias,'' which will be released next year, ''Play It Again, Sam,'' ''The Sunshine Boys,'' ''The Goodbye Girl,'' ''The Turning Point,'' and ''The Seven-Per-Cent Solution.'' Many of us stand amazed that this marriage lasted as long as it did. Herb, who directed such classics as "Play It Again, Sam," "The Owl and the Pussycat" and "The Goodbye Girl," is reported by intimates to have given his all to this impossible marriage.
